How long have you been riding for?: I began riding about 5-6 years ago.
What is a typical training week for you (days p/week, intensity etc)?: Now I usually ride once a week on Saturdays with Team Brunetti. During he warmer months I often also ride on Sunday and sometimes commute to work (about 15k each way).
How did you prepare for your trip to Italy, was it different from your typical training?: It was a little different. I communed to work more regularly, often 3 times per week. Rode regularly on both Saturday and Sunday, which was sometimes at the Dandenongs.
