The Team

Solo Bike (previously Italian Immersions) was founded by Darren Welch and Kerri Layton in 2002. Both share a passion for Italy & France, the culture, people, and in particular the food and wine, add to this an idyllic cycling environment and you have a cyclists paradise. To immerse is our approach to cycle travel in Italy and now France.

With many of our clients returning 2,3 and sometimes 4 times we cannot take all the credit for the wonderful feedback we receive from them. Our incredible team extends to our local bike guides and drivers. With our many years of experience in Italy we have had the opportunity to form a professional and close knit team which we not only consider an asset to Solo Bike but firm friends to us and our family.
